Reminds me of the hotel employee that was told to trim a branch off of a tree. He did, only he leaned the ladder against the branch he was cutting off. So the ladder went down with the branch and he broke either a leg or an arm. Then he sued the hotel and won! Because the hotel hadn't provided proper instruction/supervision to ensure that he wouldn't do that.
I'm trying to imagine what exact lawsuit they are trying to protect themselves from
