About a month ahead Romantic Times magazine posts ratings for upcoming titles.
Montana Rose, a historical romantic comedy, releasing in July, was in this month and it rated 4 out of 4 1/2 possible points. Very good.
I'm including a link but it opens a PDF file and that's slow and there's no real information there except the number. A review will appear later, but they hold back the reviews for a month or two online...so you'll subscribe to their magazine.

Hi, Rose and Edna. Yes, after this side trip with the cozy mystery I'm back in the saddle again with a new series of romantic comedies with cowboys, beginning with Montana Rose, in July.
