Seth Kincaid hasn't been right since he escaped a cave fire. The last time his family saw him, he was running off to fight in the Civil War. Now he's returned home. So too has his bride. Callie has searched for Seth high and low, finally arriving at his family's ranch. When she discovers he doesn't even remember her, she's ready to kill him. Yet, Seth knows that Callie may be the only one who can truly help him heal.
VERDICT With trademark humor, Connealy (In Too Deep; Out of Control) weaves a delightful tale that is sure to please her fans and win her new readers. Recommend it to those who enjoy the fiction of Mona Gansberg Hodgson.
