GINGHAM MOUNTAIN IN HARDCOVER

Gingham Mountain
is coming out in large print, hard cover.
That's been up on Amazon for a while and I've mentioned it here before.
But Thorndike often chooses new cover art.
No idea why.
Maybe there are copyright issues.
Here's the cover.
The large print is expensive so don't buy it...unless you're hard of seeing.
Or need a gift for someone who is.
But maybe encourage your local library to get a copy.

What a beautiful picture! I've never been out west, but my hubby says there's nothing but mountains and sky(in the best way). I LOVE the sound of that and all the pictures I've seen are lovely.

Hope to have the chance to visit someday

Hi Mary:

I’ve requested the Tulsa Library to order your large print books. They have one of them now and I’ve read it already.

I think the publisher wants to have its own “look and feel” so it does its own artwork. They do beautiful books with the art embedded into the slick cover. There is no dust cover. They are tough books that are ideal for library use.

Is there any progress on getting your books available as eBooks?

I in fact have read this book (not in large print) and I have to say it is an awesome book. Keep up the wonderful job.

It is available on Kindle, Vince. Is that the same as ebooks?

Thanks, LoveMy2Dogs. Great name by the way.

I only know about the covers when I see them on Amazon. Im in no way involved, consulted or even told by Thorndike, which is fine, just an interesting fact.

Hi Mary:

A Kindle is an eBook but it can only be viewed on a Kindle reader. I have a Sony reader. However, Sony is going to Epub format which should make many more books available. I hope your books get released as Epub format as then I could read them all.
